Founder & CEO
Charles Oppenheimer is Founder and CEO of Oppenheimer Energy, as well as Founder of the nonprofit Oppenheimer Project. Before entering energy and public-interest work, he spent more than 20 years in Silicon Valley. He speaks and writes internationally on nuclear energy, non-proliferation, science, diplomacy and AI, with work published in The Bulletin of the Atomic Scientists, TIME, The New York Times, Fast Company, Newsweek and USA Today.

Duane Olcsvary
Chief Delivery Officer / Head of Nuclear Projects
Duane leads nuclear project delivery, planning, risk management and technical and commercial diligence. Over more than 40 years in the sector, he has worked in nuclear operations, construction, project recovery, EPC contracting, commercial management and new-build development, including senior roles at Westinghouse and TVA. He is a PMP and completed the Vanderbilt University Executive Leadership Program.

Hunter leads Oppenheimer Energy's corporate and project finance work, including fundraising, investor engagement and capital structure. His experience includes energy and infrastructure finance, structured finance, debt capital markets, private equity and investment management, with roles at Goldman Sachs, Citibank and private funds.

Ryan leads development and partnerships, bringing utilities, investors, federal agencies, sites and strategic partners together around large-scale energy projects, with a current focus on nuclear energy development. He has spent more than 15 years in electricity infrastructure and distributed-generation development at SunPower Corporation.
