Charles Oppenheimer joined the Nuclear Energy Institute's Fissionary podcast for an episode titled "Growing a Nuclear Legacy." He discussed the distinction between nuclear weapons and nuclear energy, his grandfather's view that postwar cooperation on fissionable material would determine whether nuclear energy delivered its benefits, and why new nuclear construction needs project and infrastructure finance rather than venture capital.
